Please note that certain items may be restricted from air transport or other shipping methods due to airline regulations or destination country customs policies. Examples of high-risk or prohibited goods include lithium battery products, pharmaceuticals, perfumes, and flammable or explosive items.

We do not directly provide or act as an agent for customs clearance in the destination country. All customs procedures are handled by the courier or logistics company chosen by the client, and we do not charge any clearance fees.

After goods leave Italy, any import customs issues, taxes, or required documentation will be handled directly by the shipping company, which will contact the recipient.
